Executive Director: Heather McKim

Heather is an experienced leader with over two and a half decades in government and public service, specializing in government relations, public administration, finance, and public policy. Currently the Chief Public Affairs Officer for Arkansas Treasurer Larry Walther, she has worked with various state officials, including Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge, and the late Lt. Governor Win P. Rockefeller, serving the people of Arkansas. Passionate about philanthropy, she serves as a board member and past Chair of the Bryant Youth Association, she's a member of the Child Welfare Committee for the Arkansas Commission on Child Abuse, and she has been involved with several children's advocacy organizations. Formerly elected Bryant City Clerk, Heather McKim lives in Bryant with their husband, Mike. They have three children and five grandchildren and attend New Life Saline County.
